- If you do not complete the on-line instruction once started, you have 30 days to revisit the site and complete the class. You can start and resume the course at any time; however, it must be done in 30 days. Sign in with your username and password to restart the online curriculum where you signed off.
- After completion of this course, servers must contact the ABC within 30 days and pay $3.00 to take an exam. Each server has three attempts to pass the exam within 30 days of completing this course. That non-refundable fee is used to reimburse the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for the upkeep, enforcement, and record keeping within the online certificate system. This exam is only available to servers who completed an approved RBS training course from an approved training provider. The exam will test alcohol servers on the topics in this curriculum.
NOTE: If server fails to complete the exam within the above limits, they need to “retake” another online RBS training course and pay an additional $3.00 non-refundable fee to the department.
All alcohol server’s certification records will be kept within the department’s online certification system.
